Formal changes in our organisation
In conjunction with dynamic development and necessity of adapting to upcoming challenges we have undertaken some formal changes in our organization.
We are pleased to announce that with the 5th of March 2014 Black Pearls Sp z o.o. is changing its name. New name of the company is now Black Pearls Investments Sp. z o.o. All register data – NIP, REGON, KRS and bank account are staying unchanged.
In addition we inform that Black Pearls Investments Sp z o.o. has changed the composition of the Board, which now consists of:
Chairman of the Board – Marcin Piotr Kowalik
Vice President – Alexander Robert Lubański
According to agreed assumptions main focus of the Black Pearls Investments considers accelerating innovative companies in their early stages of development.
At the same time Black Pearls Advisory Sp. z o.o. sp. k. will continue to provide highest quality services of the Black Pearls Group.
