Olivia Four email: office@blackpears.vc, phone number: +48 533 643 209 (who is the administrator of the data), in order to assess my (our) project, contact me (us), possibly receive offers of cooperation, as well as for purposes of possible further cooperation with Black Pearls VC S.A.
I (we) acknowledge that I (we) have the right to access my (our) data, modify it, and request its removal and also the right to the right to limit the scope or withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The data will be stored and processed by entities indicated on this site, which have obtained consent for data processing, during the assessment period of the submitted project and in case of positive assessment during the period of further cooperation, and in case of negative assessment of the project for a period of 3 years from the moment of negative assessment, in case of need for re-assessment of the project at a later time. The persons that provide the consent for data processing have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body for the protection of personal data (respectively the Main Personal Data Inspector [Główny Inspektor Danych Osobowych]or the Personal Data Protection Office [Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych]) in the event of a data breach by the data administrator of provisions of the generally applicable law on the protection of personal data.
