Piotr is an Advisory Board Member at Black Pearls VC. He specializes in areas such as ICT, SaaS, hardware and life sciences.

Pągowski has been associated with the IT industry since 1993. Before joining Black Pearls VC, Piotr was the Director General of the department of PC Systems, and then the department of Printing and PC at Hewlett – Packard (HP PSG) in Poland. From 2006 to 2011 was working for Microsoft where he subsequently held the positions of Country Manager (Entertainment & Devices) for Polish and Baltic countries, General Manager (Consumer & On-line ) and OEM Director. He started his tech career working for Intel, where he was responsible for development strategy (sales and marketing) for Central Eastern Europe region.

From 2015 he runs his own business projects in the area of consultancy, software development and medical industry. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of: CD Projekt SA , BT Skyrise and Solwit.

Piotr is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Electronics). He also completed the Management Development Program at ICAN Institute (in cooperation with Harvard Business School).
