Bolesław Drapella

Bolesław joined Black Pearls VC team in 2019 as a Venture Partner. Since then he’s been engaged in supporting fundraising activity and sharing his vast entrepreneurial experience with portfolio companies. He also provides functional expertise assist to portfolio companies’ supervisory and advisory boards.
His field of expertise cover extensive experience in building and scaling online businesses with particular emphasis on sales and marketing as well as operations and organizational structure.

Before joining Black Pearls VC team, Bolesław was the creator of the success of AirHelp and Morizon, which under his management have developed from startup stages to mature enterprises employing hundreds of people, present on global markets and valued at hundreds of millions of dollars, with one of them present on Warsaw Stock Exchange. For seventeen years, Bolesław has also been an owner of a consulting company located in Great Britain.

Bolesław is also involved in the family life of a husband and father of five children. In his free time, he is mentoring entrepreneurs within his SaunaGrow.com programme focused on scaling organizations from post-revenue into going global. He is also passionate about photography.
