From leading a Seed round to exit in 14 months
Nordigen is a freemium open banking data platform. We teamed up with Nordigen in 2021 leading their Seed round of €2.1 mio. After joining a strong cap table of existing investors in Inventure, Change Ventures and Seedcamp the company was well positioned to grow in the European market on top of a state of the art product it has built. Since our round Nordigen has grew from less than 1000 API connections with European banks to over 2400+ becoming a category leader in Europe.
How we added value to the company
We have been focused on supporting the founders with:
- Doubling down on the vision of a freemium open banking platform through key hires and product roadmap
- Building traction among the CEE developer community
- Navigating the exit transaction with a GoCardless as well as working with founders and other investors in aligning on shareholders interest
