Adam Pawłowicz, Advisory Board, Mentor

Former President of the Board and CEO of Konsalnet Holding SA, the largest security company in Poland, belonging to the fund Value 4 Capital Eastern Europe LP. Responsible, among others for conducting acquisition processes , international expansion, operations management and marketing.

Adam has many years of experience in strategic project management, restructuring and reorganization enterprises, implementing a growth strategy based on organizational development and acquisition.
Before starting work at Konsalnet, he was, among others President of Ruch SA (2006-2008). This company in 2006 successfully introduced to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Earlier he managed the marketing department at the White & Case law office (2002-2005).

In the years 1999–2001 he was the president of the State Agency for Foreign Investment (PAIZ), he co-organized the Polish exhibition at Expo 2000 in Hannover.

Experienced member of Supervisory Boards of key companies – among others TVP SA, PKN Orlen. For 12 years he also worked as a press and television journalist. He is a graduate of the Faculty Philological Jagiellonian University, also completed postgraduate studies in economics and management at the Warsaw School of Economics and MBA at the University of Calgary in Canada.
Socially continues its activities to promote Poland and support investment inflows direct to Poland.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Gdańsk Economic  Development Agency, member of the authorities of the Polish-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representative of the Chamber in the Council
Export Development at the Minister of Economy, member of the BCC Main Council, vice president of the Polish Japanese Economic Committee.
