New development possibilities in Black Pearls – we are looking for interns!
During the summer we tried to teach high school students from IT-oriented classes the knowledge about building startups from the ground. We are confident that besides technical education gained in schools these skills will be crucial to start their own business. Ideas and creativity of our interns surprised us many times, especially considering that these young people devoted their summer time to learn new things and sharpen their skills.
We are close to the beginning of academic year and because of that we decided to open vacations for interns, and in time employees, in more traditional form aimed at students. We have open positions for three departments: Business Analysis, Finance and Administration. For each we expect engagement and willingness to learn new things, readiness for the responsibility of work, independency and capability to organize job after initial training, adjustment to fast-pace changing of business environment and focusing on problem-solving.
For Business Analysis we are looking for a student from 4th or 5th year (preferably economics, finance, management major) with highly developed analysis skills, interest in investments, particularly into start-ups and innovations. Basic knowledge of finance and business analysis will be a big advantage. Business Analytic will be responsible for managing projects documentation, building reports and summaries about investment processes, market and finance analysis of potential investments and support for department.
For Finance we are looking for a student from 3rd or 4th year (preferably economics, finance or management major) interested in finance management of companies and oriented on bookkeeping issues. Focus on details and well-organize are key elements. The responsibilities are accounting invoices in Webflow system, managing regular documentations and account reports, verification of accounts in portfolio companies and building and implementing new procedures in the department.
For Administration we are looking for a student from 3rd to 5th year, familiar with MS Office, Google Apps and Dropbox with good language skills in English. Skills in ISO 9001 quality management system will be a big advantage. The responsibilities are managing incoming and outgoing mails, both physical and online, calendar of meetings, verification of data on invoices and support to HR manager, with whom the candidate will work closely.
We offer 3 months unpaid internship with flexible working hours. After internship possibility of hiring.
