Black Pearls VC is one of 15 Polish entities leading H2020 projects
As we informed in the beginning of this year, on 1st January we initiated the first Horizon 2020 project coordinated by a Polish entity in the GNSS field – POSITION. Now we have full list of Polish entities involved in H2020 projects.
A report issued by National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the EU in Warsaw presents full statistics of Polish participation in the Framework Programme HORIZON 2020. According to the report there are currently 15 Polish entities leading H2020 projects and Black Pearls VC is one of them.
Total budget of projects coordinated by Polish entities is 16 655 170 EUR of which 4 438 052 EUR goes to coordinators. We are very proud to be among great institutions listed as coordinators in the report.
We are also happy to note that one of 23 SMEs entities which received funding under H2020 Programme, is Kosmonauta.net owned by our portfolio company Blue Dot Solutions.
New knowledge and experience gained thanks to HORIZON 2020 will be utilized to work for development of Polish innovations. We look forward for next calls announcements as we actively support innovative ventures in application and consortia creation process.
